Maurice is the Executive Director of Q4 Associates, the digital workforce specialists. He’s dedicated the past 25 years to bridging the gap between IT and business, and more than a decade to project and program remediation across businesses in the USA, New Zealand, and Australia.

During his time holding multiple senior-level and executive positions, Maurice has developed an eye for what’s critical and what’s not. He sees the potential of technology not for technology’s sake, but for its potential to bring about lasting, meaningful change for businesses, people, and society.

Maurice has spent years at the coalface helping accelerate the establishment of digital workforces in some of the most significant organizations across Australasia. With a global network and experience, Maurice brings his thought leadership to conversations about the optimal adoption of this technology and the next evolution of work.

In addition to multiple industry-specific qualifications, and being a certified Blue Prism ROM (Robotic Operating Model) Architect, Maurice also holds a postgraduate qualification in International Strategy and Leadership, and a Masters in Management from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. John is a business technology consultant and an accredited coach with over 25 years of experience in technology, strategy, and governance. He’s worked in multiple market verticals across New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Previously director and majority owner of a US software company, the combination of John’s strong commercial acumen and insightful understanding of technology bodes well for the business consultancy and strategy work he undertakes for boards and executive teams. John sits and advises on several boards, and focuses now on the not-for-profit space— giving back to organizations that otherwise cannot access the support they need.

John has extensive experience in strategy and has been responsible for the adoption of digital workforces from the initial stages. This sees him focus on technology as the enabler of better business outcomes rather than a driver in its own right.

His specialist skills, ability to combine leadership with vision, and passion for coaching and strategy have seen him deliver exceptional value for major organizations across the world within the private sector, government and not-for-profit space. He is drawn to helping drive organizations to do better through the alignment of technology and business.

A qualified Agile, Change Management, Better Business Cases, and Prince 2 practitioner with an Honors degree in Software Engineering, John is also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
